A message from Admin regarding payment methods
To assist us in making best use of office resources we would like to encourage parents to pay via
online banking whenever possible. Please use the child's name and item being paid for as a reference.
If not paying online:
Please put all payments into sealed envelopes and post into the post box, situated in the lobby area.
Please indicate on the envelope if a receipt is required.
Kindly keep the payments separate. For example: one cheque for swimming fees and a separate cheque for Hifz fees etc.
If handing in cash please make sure you have the correct amount of money for each individual item being paid for.
We would to encourage you to use online banking as is easier, safer and not as time consuming.
PLEASE NOTE: Until further notice After School Club fees are only payable in cash, therefore payments should not be made online.
Jazakumullahu Khairun in advance for your cooperation.
In the Event of School Closure
The school management is responsible for making the final decision on whether to close
the school during a pandemic or for any other reason deeming it unsafe for children to attend.
Parents and staff will be informed of the closure and re-opening via text messages on a daily
basis. Therefore it is essential that the school has up to date contact information.
Administrating Medicines
Please note medicines will not be administered to your
child during the school day unless we have received the
Parental consent form for administrating medication.
The form is available in the main site office. Alternatively please download from the link above.
